- Candidates must provide authentic documents (Passport, Experience Certificates). Any fake document will lead to immediate disqualification.
- Global International acts as a facilitator between the Employer and the Employee. The final selection is at the sole discretion of the foreign employer.
- We strictly follow the guidelines issued by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Govt of India.
2. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.
- Data Collection: We collect your Resume, Passport details, and Contact info solely for recruitment purposes.
- Data Sharing: Your data is shared ONLY with prospective employers (Clients) in Gulf countries for shortlisting.
- We do not sell your data to any third-party marketing agencies.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our service charges are transparent and as per the MEA guidelines. The refund policy is as follows:
- 100% Refund: If the candidate is not selected after the interview.
- 100% Refund: If the Visa is denied due to employer reasons.
- No Refund: If the candidate backs out after Visa Stamping or flight ticket booking.
- No Refund: If the candidate is found medically unfit (Gamca Medical) after selection.
- Service charges are payable only after the Visa is received (except medical/processing fees).
