From Demand to Deployment

Step 01

Demand Receipt

We receive the official Demand Letter and Power of Attorney from the Client (Foreign Employer) as per MEA guidelines.

Step 02

Sourcing & Screening

Our HR team searches the database, posts ads, and conducts preliminary interviews to shortlist the best talent.

Step 03

Client Interview

The Foreign Employer visits India for the final selection via Face-to-Face or Video Conferencing interviews.

Step 04

Medical & Visa

Selected candidates undergo GAMCA medicals. Passports are submitted to the Embassy for Visa Stamping/Endorsement.

Step 05

Deployment

We conduct a Pre-Departure Orientation seminar and hand over the flight ticket for their journey.
